We invite artists and cultural workers with disabilities to take this quick anonymous survey.

You do not need to answer every question.

PLEASE BE AWARE:

The results will be presented in the form of posters placed in public spaces throughout Berlin. We hope the public presentation of this project will encourage dialogue and exchange around access to culture. In addition, the results of this survey will be used to help generate a report on accessibility for the Senat in Berlin. We hope the results of the survey will be useful to the cultural sector as a way to expand access.
